About Me
Background
I am Casey Stephens, a current undergraduate at the University of Colorado at Boulder. I grew up in San Diego, California where I attended my four years at Poway High School, CA. I was heavily involved in club and high school volleyball, Poway High's Associated Student Body as the Director of Activities, and various part time jobs such as a server at a frozen yogurt shop. I am now majoring in Strategic Communication with a track in Advertising as well as minors in Business, Sports Media, and Media Studies.
My Experience
Currently, I have many different hats. I am a Student Manager for the CU Boulder volleyball team as of August 2022. I also take part as a Field Staff for PRA Business Events in Denver, as well as a current Adobe Student Ambassador.
My Skillset
As a Strategic Communication major, I work on planning and communicating on many different levels, whether that is in media, events, athletics, or any other business aspect. I am able to work quickly but efficiently. I am always passionate about the work I do, which makes the work high-quality. I have strong interpersonal skills and work with a wide variety of people.
My Goals
I hope to use my experiences as a volleyball manager and event operations to help me grow in either athletics, event, or another company following that aspect. I am open to any experience that could further my learning and work!
